Our Mission
Organic lsrael is a volunteer non-profit organization founded in 2021 to promote organic farming in lsrael with the understanding that organic farming is a sustainable path to achieving food security, maintaining public and environmental health, promoting carbon storage, and mitigating climate change.
The organization brings together the best organic farmers in lsrael to develop strategies and education programs to encourage the adoption of organic practices in crop and animal production as well as to promote the organic food industry in lsrael.
Main Objectives

The organization will promote the production, supply and consumption of healthy food based on the four principles of organic culture- health, ecology, fairness and care.

The organization will act to promote regulations and applications of organic gardening to reduce the use of pesticides in agriculture, municipalities and roads.

The organization will act to promote organic food education and encourage the consumption of organic foods in the education syste and by the general public.

The organization will collaborate with stakeholders from the areas of the environment, heath, business, organic agriculture and food, both in israel and abroad.
